As some of you know, Amalur employs a frankly awful system of locking a zone's enemy levels as soon as you enter it. Each region (Glendara, etc) has a minimum and maximum level for the enemies that may spawn there, but the levels are locked for the rest of the game when you enter a region for the first time.For example, say Glendara has a level range of 3-13. Luckily, there are so many side quests that I haven't even made it to Ysa yet. I should be able to hit 18 by the time I get there, since I am level 15 now.

Still, even without HeartCore, I wish the zones would follow your level until the zone cap is reached. I just learned about this myself. Ah well, looks like now I'll have to restart! Heh heh, for me that's no problem.

I think I restart every game like twenty times before I actually play to finish. My wife tallies it and laughs at, er. With me:PI just don't like to play very far until I understand the whole vision of the game.So in this game, being a zone-by-zone completionist is the idea. I finished the tutorial, took all the DLC loot from the chest, reset myself at the Fateweaver and made a save just for this eventuality.
